Trained as a speech-language pathologist, her research focuses on language development and disorders in school-age children, as well as on professional practices that support quality learning in oral and written language. Her interests have led her to conduct and collaborate on research into the language processes essential to learning written language, the development of intervention programs, the ongoing professional development of school staff and collaborative practices in the school environment. Committed to the transfer and mobilization of knowledge in the field of language and learning, she is also involved in the creation of clinical materials and books for practitioners and professionals working with school-age children.
